About ShoeStix®

What are ShoeStix® and how do they work?

ShoeStix® are are soft and flexible shoe inserts made from a clear silicone. They are coated in a skin-friendly adhesive on both sides which makes them sticky.

 

You stick ShoeStix®  inside your shoe before carefully putting your foot in. They mould around the base of your foot and heel, beneath the ankles.

 

The glue sticks your foot to your shoe and your shoe to your foot, keeping them firmly in place.

What is your money-back guarantee?

So, if you find that ShoeStix® do not work for you, return them to us within 14 days and we will provide a full refund.

How long do ShoeStix® last for?

ShoeStix® are effective for up 3 months, depending on frequency of use.

Do ShoeStix® work with tights and socks?

Yes, but to varying degrees. Based on customer feedback, we have the following Stickability Ratings for ShoeStix® when worn with bare feet, tights and socks.

As a general rule, the thinner the fabric, the more effective ShoeStix® are.

 

Remember though, you can give ShoeStix® a try and get a full refund if they do not work.

Will ShoeStix® improve shoe fit?

Yes. The shoes will be secured to your foot which will improve shoe fit. ShoeStix® also help to bridge the gap between half-sizes. 

Will they still work if my feet sweat?

Yes.

Can I use ShoeStix® in more than one shoe?

Yes, ShoeStix® are completely transferable and reusable – up to 3 months. Just remove them from one shoe and put them into another.

ShoeStix® feel strange inside my shoe. Is that normal?

Yes. They can feel strange initially, but you will quickly get used to them and forget that you are wearing ShoeStix®.

Will ShoeStix® leave a sticky residue or stain my feet/shoes?

No and no.

Do ShoeStix® stop blisters?

Yes! ShoeStix® stops those blisters that are caused by shoes rubbing at the heel.

How do you apply ShoeStix®?
ShoeStix® are not working for me. What should I do?

Please try the following steps. If they do not help, contact us to discuss the problem and arrange a refund.

 

1. Firmly push the shoe into your heel.

2. Apply further pressure by walking and pressing your foot into the ground.

3. Wash the ShoeStix® in warm soapy water and leave them to dry. The stickiness will return.

My ShoeStix® aren't sticky anymore! What should I do?

Wash the ShoeStix® in warm soapy water and leave them to dry. The stickiness will return.

 

If this does not work, please contact us to discuss.

My ShoeStix® have changed colour. What should I do?

Due to the sticky nature of ShoeStix®, they can absorb other colours and discolour over time.

 

This should not reduce their stickiness (within 3 months of purchase). The best way to defend against this discolouring is to store them in their case when not in use.
